Park Butte Lookout and Mount Baker
This is the third time I’ve visited the Park Butte Lookout this summer, and each trip has produced memorable images.

The lookout is located on the south side of Mount baker, in the Mt. Baker, Snoqualmie National Fores, in the NW corner of Washington State. The lookout was “retired” from use as a fire lookout many years ago and was then adopted by the Skagit Alpine Club, who maintain the lookout for public use.

The lookout is open to all and anyone can hike up and spend the night there. The views are stupendous.
On this particular trip I was with two Photo Tour Clients. Our goal was to capture images of the Milky Way, and we got our images and much more!
